By using WAVE's website and pre-sale reservation service, you agree to these terms.
Pre-sale reservations
Reserving a date does not guarantee availability or a binding rental contract. It secures your place on the waitlist. When sales open, we will notify you by email. Payment and final booking are required at that time. We reserve the right to limit or cancel reservations in case of abuse or operational needs.
Eligibility and conduct
You must be at least 18 years old (or meet local age requirements) to rent. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the service only for lawful purposes. You may not resell or misuse reservation slots.
Liability
Jet ski use involves risk. Users must follow safety rules and local regulations. WAVE is not liable for user negligence, misuse, or incidents outside our control. Full rental terms and waivers will apply at the time of booking.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For major changes, we will notify you where appropriate.
